Great River Energy was recently recognized for partnering with the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation to help support Medora’s newest attraction: Point to Point Park. A Great River Energy donation, along with a matching grant from the Butler Family Foundation, will help build the park.
“We are grateful to have Great River Energy as a consistent partner for many projects over the years,” said Justin Fisk, Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation’s marketing and communication director. “Great River Energy has become one of North Dakota’s best citizens.”
Great River Energy has supported the Medora Foundation in many ways throughout the years. In addition to financial support, Al Christianson, the electric cooperative’s director of business development and governmental affairs, also serves on its board of directors.
“Great River Energy has a long history of partnering with the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation. For more than 20 years, Great River Energy has supported projects that help sustain the foundation’s mission to preserve the Medora experience for future generations,” Christianson said.
“We are extremely grateful for Great River Energy’s generosity,” Fisk said.
