Stryhn named next CEO and general manager of Agralite Electric

One of Great River Energy’s member-owner cooperatives recently announced a new leader.

Jennifer Stryhn has been named CEO and general manager of Agralite Electric, a cooperative based in Benson, Minnesota.

“Jennifer is the right leader for Agralite Electric Cooperative,” Agralite Board President Orvin Gronseth said. “She has proven herself as a leader, shown business vision as well as the ability to bring people together. We believe her strong leadership and thoughtful approach are the qualities needed to lead the cooperative into the future.”

Stryhn started her career at Agralite as the manager of finance in 2014 and most recently served as the cooperative’s assistant manager.

“I am grateful to the board of directors for giving me this opportunity,” Stryhn said. “I am excited to lead Agralite Electric in its next chapter during a time of change across our landscape embracing the cooperative difference to serve our membership and our communities with safe, reliable and affordable electricity.”
