The Arrowhead Cooperative board of directors named Joe Pandy Jr. general manager/CEO beginning this month. Joe joins Arrowhead from Peru, Ind., where he served as general manager of Peru Utilities, a municipal multiple service utility providing electric, water, wastewater and stormwater utilities.
Pandy has managed utilities big and small, including serving as director and general manager of Lansing Board of Water and Light, located in Lansing, Mich., and general manager of Mountain Park Electric, an electric cooperative located in Grandby, Colo.
Joe has a Master’s degree in business administration from Ohio University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
North Itasca names Dolinski CEO
North Itasca Electric Cooperative recently welcomed Brad Dolinski as its new CEO. Dolinski joined North Itasca from North Star Electric Cooperative in Baudette, Minn., and Littlefork, Minn., where he worked in the technical operations of the cooperative in mapping and purchasing.
He also headed up an initiative to introduce the cooperative movement to the next generation of member-owners. Dolinski said his first objective will be to become familiar with the community. He invited any member to stop by the cooperative and talk with him.
Dolinski graduated from Bemidji State University with a degree in industrial technology with an emphasis in construction management.
